BAN PORTAL USAGE AND COMPENSATION CLAIMING TUTORIAL:
- Authenticating in the system for the first time, please enter and save your personal information in the section PERSONAL INFORMATION. Further the information can be changed, using a button EDIT.
- To claim a compensation go to the section MY CLAIMS, where you can fill in the claim application form and attach scans or photos of your receipts for received medical services or purchased medicines.
